Our Total Body Wellness Program is designed to improve our members health and wellness from the inside out, resulting in being healthy and feeling good. The WAC Wellness Program is comprehensive and provides multi-fold options to achieve holistic wellness. Members can work on Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Cardio, Agility, as well as relax and heal themselves with Meditation, Massage, Sauna. In addition and an added bonus: a dip in one of the largest salt water pools. We have a diverse Wellness Program which ranges from Boot Camp to Zumba; Ultimate Fitness to Aqua Dance; Cardio Kick to Yoga!
