The WAC Wellness Program is comprehensive and provides multi-fold options to achieve holistic wellness. Members can work on Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Cardio, Agility, as well as relax and heal themselves with Meditation, Massage, Sauna. In addition and an added bonus: a dip in one of the largest salt water pools. We have a diverse Wellness Program which ranges from Boot Camp to Zumba; Ultimate Fitness to Aqua Dance; Cardio Kick to Yoga!

Combines breath-work, postures and meditation for overall balance and well-being optimum health.
Uses a stability ball to strengthen, tone and stretch your entire body using exercises that combine the stability ball and weights. This class will focus on improving posture, balance and flexibility while challenging your core.
