Our Total Body Wellness Program is designed to improve health from inside out, resulting in feeling healthy as well as good. The WAC Wellness Program is comprehensive and provides multi-fold options to achieve holistic wellness. Members can work on Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Cardio, Agility, as well as relax and heal themselves with Meditation, Massage, Sauna. In addition and an added bonus: a dip in one of the largest salt water pools. We have a diverse Wellness Program which ranges from Boot Camp to Zumba; Ultimate Fitness to Aqua Dance; Cardio Kick to Yoga.
