Total Body Wellness

Our Total Body Wellness Program is designed to improve health from inside out, resulting in feeling healthy as well as good. The WAC Wellness Program is comprehensive and provides multi-fold options to achieve holistic wellness. Members can work on Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Cardio, Agility, as well as relax and heal themselves with Meditation, Massage, Sauna. In addition and an added bonus: a dip in one of the largest salt water pools. We have a diverse Wellness Program which ranges from Boot Camp to Zumba; Ultimate Fitness to Aqua Dance; Cardio Kick to Yoga.

Total Body Wellness Director
After leaving the corporate world in 2009, she decided to pursue a career in fitness. She took several fitness formats and found Zumba. She was hooked after her first class and wanted to become an instructor.

As a fitness instructor, she strives to share her passion for fitness and help motivate others to lead a healthier lifestyle. She is an AFAA Certified Primary Group Fitness Instructor, Licensed in Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids & Zumba Jr and Aqua Zumba.

She is also a certified Les Mills Grit Instructor and a 1st degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. In her free time, she takes Capoeira a Brazilian martial art.
